Membership Period

• Membership Fees are calculated annually and is applicable for the year for which a receipt is issued. Annual Subs are payable before end of March each year. Your co-operation is appreciated.

Rugby and Social Membership Fees

• When paid in full before or on 31 March:
  • R350 ZAR
• When paid on or after 1 April:
  • R500 ZAR

Rugby Players' Membership Fees make provision for the following benefits:

• Professional Rugby Coaching
• Rugby Jersey issued at games (to be returned after game)
• Use of Equipment at Practices
• First Aid during Games
• Use of the Club House

Rugby Players' Subs Payment Alternative:

• When applicable, players can arrange for the Membership Fees to be subtracted from Match Fees, but the total subscription payable must be settled before end of March each year.
• Players can also join the Helderberg R.F.C. Club 100 (supporters club including monthly draws and function in the clubhouse) at an additional R300 per annum.

Social Members Subs Payment Alternative:

• Social Members can decide to only join the Helderberg R.F.C. Club 100 (supporters club including monthly draws and function in the clubhouse) at R600 per annum per single person. This amount includes the annual membership fees.
